The ” Hong Kong ICT Awards 2023″ awards ceremony organized by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) was successfully held yesterday (November 3). The Deputy Financial Secretary Wong Wai-lun presented the grand prizes in 8 award categories.
