This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use our 3T Management Platform, 3T Charging App or other services (collectively, hereinafter refer as “Services”).

Unless you have read and accepted all of the terms of this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the App.

This information may also be used to properly schedule charging sessions if the time zone information in the settings was entered incorrectly. The collection of this information also occurs even when the App is not in use or is closed, and it may also be used to support advertising efforts. Please note that you have the option to turn off location-based services on your mobile device. If you choose to do so, we will stop collecting your location information and you may not be able to use certain location-based features of our App.

Please note that if you request EVIQO to rectify personal data about you, we may be required by law to preserve such personal information in its current form.

If you are receiving information about the Service or products, special offers, or surveys by email or postal mail, you may opt out of further communications by emailing us at info@triterrapower.com. However, we will still send you emails relating to the support, administration, and security of our products and Services.

For the avoidance of any doubts, if you choose to discontinue using our Services and delete your account, you may request the deletion of all collected information, except in instances where retention is required by law.
